{"id":5057,"date":"2020-05-20T15:35:10","date_gmt":"2020-05-20T15:35:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/flpsa.ch\/index\/flp\/"},"modified":"2024-04-09T09:29:11","modified_gmt":"2024-04-09T08:29:11","slug":"flp","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/flpsa.ch\/index\/fr\/flp\/","title":{"rendered":"FLP"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><div class=\"fusion-fullwidth fullwidth-box fusion-builder-row-1 nonhundred-percent-fullwidth non-hundred-percent-height-scrolling fusion-equal-height-columns\" style=\"--awb-background-position:left top;--awb-border-sizes-top:0px;--awb-border-sizes-bottom:0px;--awb-border-sizes-left:0px;--awb-border-sizes-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-left:0px;--awb-border-radius-top-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-right:0px;--awb-border-radius-bottom-left:0px;--awb-padding-top:0px;--awb-margin-top:0px;--awb-flex-wrap:wrap;\" ><div class=\"fusion-builder-row fusion-row\"><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-0 fusion_builder_column_1_2 1_2 fusion-one-half fusion-column-first fusion-column-no-min-height\" style=\"--awb-padding-top:60px;--awb-bg-size:cover;--awb-margin-bottom:6%;width:48%; margin-right: 4%;\"><div class=\"fusion-column-wrapper fusion-column-has-shadow fusion-flex-column-wrapper-legacy\"><div class=\"fusion-text fusion-text-1\"><h1><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><strong>NOTRE HISTOIRE<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p>La Ferrovie Luganesi SA (FLP) est n\u00e9e au d\u00e9but du si\u00e8cle dernier pour promouvoir la r\u00e9gion, faciliter les contacts avec la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9gion de Lugano et du canton du Tessin.<\/p>\n<p>L&rsquo;entreprise, qui b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d&rsquo;une concession f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, est n\u00e9e gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 quelques personnalit\u00e9s locales, Agostino e Giuseppe Soldati, Luigi Balestra et le maire de Ponte Tresa, Pietro Tognetti, qui a r\u00e9ussi, en \u00e0 peine 18 mois, \u00e0 terminer les travaux et mettre en service le chemin de fer le 5 juin 1912.<\/p>\n<p>Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s important pour le d\u00e9veloppement du chemin de fer, mais des difficult\u00e9s financi\u00e8res ont perdur\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;aux ann\u00e9es 50, notamment en raison des deux guerres mondiales et des crises \u00e9conomiques g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Puis, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de lois assurant le financement et la couverture des d\u00e9ficits, le chemin de fer a \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure de r\u00e9nover compl\u00e8tement son infrastructure, suite au d\u00e9veloppement du trafic passager, exigeant son entretien, lorsque d&rsquo;autres chemins de fer r\u00e9gionaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9s. Depuis les ann\u00e9es 70, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l&rsquo;introduction de l\u2019horaire cadenc\u00e9, le renouvellement des compositions des voitures et l&rsquo;introduction des distributeurs automatiques de billets, la Ferrovie Luganesi est devenue une connexion m\u00e9tropolitaine. Le pr\u00e9sident d\u2019honneur est Agostino Soldati, le pr\u00e9sident Giuseppe Soldati, avec un capital actionnaire de CHF 800\u2019000.\u2013, puis augment\u00e9 \u00e0 CHF 1\u2019430\u2019000.\u2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>1910-1912<\/strong><br \/>\nTravail de construction du chemin de fer. Le co\u00fbt total des travaux sera de CHF 2\u2019750\u2019000.\u2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>2 jun 1912<\/strong><br \/>\nInauguration du chemin de fer, en pr\u00e9sence du Conseiller f\u00e9d\u00e9ral Giuseppe Motta, des Conseillers nationaux Giuseppe Cattori et Evaristo Garbani-Nerini, ainsi que des Conseillers d\u2019Etat Giovanni Rossi, Sebastiano Martinoli et Emilio Bossi. Le chemin de fer est b\u00e9ni par DonTartini.<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-2bb1f53aed77a2c2eeb\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-1922-1964\" href=\"#tab-2bb1f53aed77a2c2eeb\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">1922-1964<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-1922-1964\" id=\"tab-2bb1f53aed77a2c2eeb\"><strong>1922<\/strong><br \/>\nPour assainir l\u2019entreprise, la Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Ferrovie Luganesi SA r\u00e9duit le capital actionnaire de CHF 1\u2019430\u2019000.\u2013 \u00e0 858\u2019000.\u2013 et obtient une garantie d\u2019Etat pour le paiement des int\u00e9r\u00eats sur les obligations de 1er\u00a0et 2e\u00a0rang.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1949<\/strong><br \/>\nPremi\u00e8re contribution financi\u00e8re de CHF 500 000.\u2013 de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et du Canton (50%) sur la base de la Loi sur les chemins de fer du 3 avril 1936, utilis\u00e9e pour l\u2019achat d\u2019une nouvelle automotrice et le d\u00e9placement sur son propre terrain de la ligne entre Colombera et le terminus de Ponte Tresa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1951<\/strong><br \/>\nAugmentation du capital de CHF 858\u2019000.\u2013 \u00e0 960\u2019000.\u2013<\/p>\n<p><strong>1964<\/strong><br \/>\nConstruction d\u2019une nouvelle voie entre Bioggio et Crespera \u00e0 la suite de la construction de l\u2019autoroute.<\/div><div class=\"nav fusion-mobile-tab-nav\"><ul class=\"nav-tabs nav-justified\" role=\"tablist\"><li role=\"presentation\"><a class=\"tab-link\" data-toggle=\"tab\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"tab-69f79ac83cc80d7d66a\" aria-selected=\"false\" tabindex=\"-1\" id=\"mobile-fusion-tab-1970-1994\" href=\"#tab-69f79ac83cc80d7d66a\"><h4 class=\"fusion-tab-heading\">1970-1994<\/h4><\/a><\/li><\/ul><\/div><div class=\"tab-pane fade fusion-clearfix\" role=\"tabpanel\" tabindex=\"0\" aria-labelledby=\"fusion-tab-1970-1994\" id=\"tab-69f79ac83cc80d7d66a\"><strong>1970 \u2013 1973<\/strong><br \/>\nPremier programme d\u2019ajustement convenu avec la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et le Canton du Tessin, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019article 56 de la Loi f\u00e9d\u00e9rale du 20.12.1957 sur les chemins de fer. L\u2019investissement total de 2,9 millions permet le renouvellement de la ligne et l\u2019adoption d\u2019un verrouillage automatique, qui assure la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019exploitation. Le capital social est augment\u00e9 de CHF 240\u2019000.\u2013, \u00e0 CHF 1\u2019200\u2019000.\u2013. La Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et le Canton prennent \u00e0 leur charge, en 1976, plus de CHF 970\u2019000.\u2013 dans le cadre de l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des travaux.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1978<\/strong><br \/>\nIntroduction de l\u2019horaire cadenc\u00e9, par heure, toutes les 20 minutes et r\u00e9novation de de la gare de Ponte Tresa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jun 1994<\/strong><br \/>\nPar des accords avec le Canton du Tessin et les Autopostali, les PTT introduisent les courses avec des arr\u00eats aux gares FLP \u00e0 Ponte Tresa, Magliaso, Agno et Bioggio. Une mini-communaut\u00e9 des tarifs ACTL \/ FLP \/ PTT est aussi introduite; elle permet l\u2019achat de titres de transport permettant d\u2019utiliser uniquement les trois services en provenance du entre Magliaso et Caslano, de l\u2019horaire cadenc\u00e9 avec des courses toutes les 15 minutes; am\u00e9lioration des gares de Magliaso et de Cappella Agnuzzo avec des installations de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 (verrouillage dans la ligne).<\/p>\n<p><strong>2012<\/strong><br \/>\nC\u00e9l\u00e9bration du 100e anniversaire de la Ferrovie Luganesi SA (FLP) et inauguration du nouveau
